We promise to provide quality and excellent services to the as follows:

1. To formulate clear policies, procedures and strategies for the plantation and commodities sector based on current developments and needs within the following time frames:-

• Immediate – not exceeding two weeks;
• Short-term – not exceeding three months;
• Medium term – three to six months; and
• Long-term – six to eighteen months.

2. To ensure the development programme for the plantation and commodities sector that has been outlined, planned, coordinated and monitored under the current five year Development Plan and Mid-term Review achieves the desired targets and impact;

3. To hold discussions and/or dialogues with State Governments, Ministries/Agencies, institutions of higher learning and industries/Non-Govenmental Organisations at least four times a year;

4. To organise market and trade mission / working visits at least five times a year to strengthen existing markets and to explore new emerging markets;

5. To publish the Statistics on Commodities annually;

6. To organise the Malaysian International Conference And Commodities Showcase (MICCOS) for every two years; and

7. To respond to all queries pertaining to policies and procedures adequately and clearly within a week.
