To monitor development projects, financial resources and administrative management be done according to rules and procedures, to enable the Ministry's operations to run smoothly, effectively and efficiently.
To ensure that the library is managed systematically, effectively and efficiently align to the regulations stated by the National Library to support the development on information of the Ministry.

| 1. Administration Management |
|
- To ensure the cleanliness and the security of the office which include updating records on the distribution of files and their safekeeping.
- Supervise maintenance and repair on vehicles and the other office assets.
- To ensure tha good communication between the Ministry and the public sector continue to exist
- As a Secretariat of the Action Committe to Reduce Bureaucracies, as a Secretarit of Management of Government Assets Meeting, as a Secretariat of Ministry Management Meeting and as coordinator of Parliemantary Affairs.
- Manages board of surveys and write off office assets.

| 2. Information Resources Centre Management |
- To provide, to keep and to update all information and other related materials on plantation industries and commodities.
- Act as center of reference, to provide information and publication materials on plantations industries and commodities for the internal and public consumptions.
- Responsible to build a more diversified and comprehensive collections of reading materials to instill the reading habit among officers and staffs of the Monistry so that they are more knowledgable and to enhance their thinking ability.

| 3. Development Management |
- Planning and monitoring the implementation of the development projects, physically and financially.
- To prepare reports on the progres of the development projects to the Central Agencies.
- Act as a Secretariat for development Action Committee Meeting.
- facilate the preparation on studies of impact cause by development projects.

| 4. Financial Management |
- Managing and monitoring the Ministry Financial Account via the e-SPKB System.
- Managing the procurements manually and/or via the e-Perolehan System.
- To prepare the annual budget according to the instruction issued by the Ministry of Finance.
- To facilate the preparation of the annual budget of the Agencies according to the instructions issued by the Ministry of Finance.
- To ensure all of the financial and Ministry's procument instructions issued by the Tresury are compliting.
