ROLE:

Responsible for the Ministry's corporate communications affairs.

FUNCTIONS:

• Focal point for the Ministry in disseminating information of the Ministry to the public and media.

• Planning and implementing activities to enhance the corporate image of the Ministry.

• Planning, implementing and evaluating communications plan/promotion /publicity of the Ministry.

• Conducting impact studies on the effectiveness of the Ministry and its agencies’ delivery system.

• Managing and coordinating communications between the Ministry and the media.

• Providing assistance in coordinating official programmes of the Ministry and the agencies.

• Coordinating official visits to the Ministry.

• Managing complaints received by the Ministry. 

• Managing matters related to the Ministry’s customer service.

• Monitoring issues raised by the media on the Ministry and its agencies.

• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
